As a prospective buyer, it is very important to solicit a professional and independent legal adviser. A home purchase is typically the largest investment we make in our entire life – therefore, it is of highest importance that the buyer finds a legal adviser that can assist and make the buying process transparent and safe.

A property purchase includes many documents (typically several hundreds of pages), which is important for you as a buyer to analyze, in order to avoid unexpected surprises after the deal is finalized.
Din-Bolighandel will represent you through the different phases of the property transaction – from the beginning to the end we are available with thorough, legal advice, and we make sure that the deal is handled fast and effectively.
If the deal is not done through a real estate agent, or if the property type is agriculture, project or ”ideél anpart”, the price is kr. 7,300,- incl. VAT. Our communication is offered in English at no extra charge. However, two written documents (a letter to the real estate agent and our written comments to the deal) will be in Danish.
*If you are buying an apartment and the owners union wants a small deed transferred from the previous owner to your name, we add a fee of kr. 1,700,- for performing this service. This will usually be stated in the purchase agreement.
